I appreciate my UX team, because we collaborate, communicate, and are change agents to improve our products, work culture and practices.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I appreciate that my immediate leadership team are change agents helping to improve our internal company culture and also product innovations that serve our business community.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'd like my original hybrid schedule honored. Often, the workload can be overwhelming. I typically invest additional hours to complete tasks assigned to me. Overall, I take pride in the quality of my work, so investing additional hours and working hard is second nature.
