My team is the reason I still work with Smith. Everyone is a team player, and super supportive whether in business or personally.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The base salary is extremely low for all employees of Smith, across the board. Everyone deserves ample raise especially those who live in satellite offices with Houston salaries. Every state and country is different and we should get compensated as such, rather than spending thousands on fish tanks.
