I love working at Smith, and I am very proud to be part of the Smith family!!! Lately it has been difficult the fact that we have many administrative requirements to meet which makes it difficult with customer service.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I do not get to experience the environment since I am satellite office.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love closing deals, visiting and entertaining customers. These is what makes me happy.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Medical Insurance, I barely use it, but it gives me mental peace knowing I am prepared for event.

I am in a satellite office, but when I have the chance to see them, we good conversations and activities.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Open, and honest communication with all the employees. Every employee has different needs which needs different strategies to be met.
