They all seem to really care about me as a person. The leadership team encourages me in my professional and personal goals.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Be more compassionate to other coworkers internally. The coworkers in my office have a 'it's for me or for nothing' approach. They don't think about the feelings about other coworkers and are selfish. Especially when there are time constraints that are not possible or when things don't go their way.
