culturally speaking I can say everybody is very open to learn and to teach what they know. We have a healthy space to ask questions and to say when you dont know something.

my team, we work, we drink, we laugh together, we help each other. And my director is completely open to talk when I have some personal our professional problem. Is so rare to work in healthy spaces these days, that really see and care about employees. (also the salary)
