What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The fact that it's our policy that FORCES us to display a sunny, friendly, positive attitude, when inside the job and work environment is slowly killing us all inside.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Realizing that people on the floor are people too and that life happens to all of us. Handling of the pandemic response and security implementations have terribly scattered, unorganized, and even downright nonsensical at times. I'm disgusted with Kroger's decision to close 2 stores for 3$ an hour!
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
For the most part we work together fine, but combined with the poor management attitude, poor value of their employees, makes pretty much all my coworkers HATE work, given the pandemic and all that, I dont there is anything other than improving pay and standards in a non-bias way.
