Very little job security for the spectrum of experienced people that choose to work here

Better management, better treatment smaller work loads. Stop micromanagement stop the abuse of power. Just stop treat people like you would want to be treats the golden rule would be deeply appreciated.

Higher salary. Employees who do my same job 30 miles north make 10% more and have a smaller workload.

Stay in their own lanes and minding their own business

Those who are more experienced need to agree on policy before they criticize the newer employees.

Many need to learn more about the mission of the component that they support. They need to understand their role in the organization.

Basic customer service skills are lacking. Compassion and integrity is missing by a lot of them.

They don't need to improve on anything.
