Sodexo USA Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Best part if package is insurance

The insurance coverage is good

Don't know I have a problem with getting my sick time

nothing i dont even think college students get one

Sick time is accrued, plenty of vacation time, 401k matching.

I really don't know I got locked out of the computer the last two days I had to enroll in my benefits so I never got to enroll

You get benefits coming through the door if you're working at least 32 hours a week

The signing bonus and benefits.

Great pay and benefits. Lots of extras are available to add on to your benefits package

benefits were affordable and sufficient

Very competitive and fair compensation

Health , pension and working in the health care

Is they are very flexible to scheduling

It's just have a lot more to offer than I expected

It has everything I need

Fulltime hours, overtime would be nice.

Salary amount was very good

The paid time off is good.

They are great benefits experience

Comprehensive but would like more options

Review from Customer Support Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Reviews and raises are a joke. People are required to work more than one position at a time, while only being paid to do one. Half of my paycheck goes to pay for insurance that barely covers anything

I am not paid the same rate as the other Supervisors despite my loyalty to the company for two years meanwhile the others were new hires

Pay equal to the amount and quality of work

The benefits are sub par. Fast food workers get cheaper and better coverage compares to sodexo employees. On average the mc.donalds worker in my area make an average starting wage of 13.50 an hour. Sodexo employees if your lucky make 12.50

Working in hospitals benefits should improve and we shouldn't have to pay half of our income for health insurance if we our in more at risk of having health issues due to exposure of illness around us that's why I think we should have better health insurance and better pay so we can be happier

Review from Sales Dept

Not applicable they are not fair

A raise and being treated fairly and being valued

Be treated equally and for management to listen to us and not let others manipulate us

Merit increases shoukd be more than 1/2 percent.

Company pay below market and raises are 2% per year. Client offering 4% to their employees.

A new manager my husband died just two months ago and she hasn't told me she ever was sorry for my loss she actually takes time from my check every pay period and gets away with it I need someone to investigate this woman she is getting away with treating me this way. Jessica stiffiel is her name

We serious ned better pay, and real raises. Ladt year the average raise was less than 30 cents an hour

More money and better benefits

Fast food workers make more than people who've worked here for 40 years and get treated better

Pay between supervisors is not consistent. I believe we should either be paid all the same or paid based on our work/shift intervals, not on personal favoritism from upper management.

I carry the weight of the team on my shoulders and I'm the least paid.

Was given extra work than what my hired position was for, no pay increase and hard to get job done in amount of time alloted

I feel undervalued because there is never anything nice to say. I do an amazing job and I know it. Leadership never recognizes their employees. I also believe that since we are understaffed and I am still doing the work of more than one, I should receive more than minimum wage.

Because when we deserve much more....it is a fight for 25 cents ...so why would I feel good about comoany

Everything doing everyone job for little pay cuz staff is so short
