Transition is slow and a mess

dumb rules and being constantly short staffed like shit were only allowed three call outs without being written up the which is bull because that means you could only call out once a month which as we all know being sick doesnt work that way

The Company offers poor wages but expects top wage production and quality. The Company over works its employees and instead of accepting the blame they pawn the failures off onto the employee

Full staff to operate efficently, consistent pricing

Plz just have somebody investigate this problem she is breaking the law and doing things to my pay every pay period plus she has been harrassing me since dec. Like I said she made a false report on me to suspend me for a month right I found it my husband committed suicide she has been terrible to me

The don't like the horrible recipes

Employees feel unsafe. Unvalued, unrespected. We don't feel backed by our management.

The supervisors are not doing there jobs properly they are not holding all of the workers accountable for there mistakes only certain workers and those same workers are being harassed management isn’t doing anything to solve

Scheduling is so off here at chase, one minute it's hours to work, next day it's not. Plus supposedly they go off your availability that you say your available for, which they don't follow at ALL. Once they scheduled me for everyday I said I couldn't work and gave me no hours for the days I was able
