Listening and hearing from staff.
A GM who isn't getting paid to have his Kitchen Supervisor do his job.
Everything. No people skills. Especially Ray from Austin
The managment team needs to focus on training the staff properly instead of throwing them into the water with a sink or swim mentality. And they need to increase wages to encourage staff retention and to encourage new applicants.
Every aspect of the day today operations
Reviews and raises are a joke. People are required to work more than one position at a time, while only being paid to do one. Half of my paycheck goes to pay for insurance that barely covers anything
I am not paid the same rate as the other Supervisors despite my loyalty to the company for two years meanwhile the others were new hires
Pay equal to the amount and quality of work
The benefits are sub par. Fast food workers get cheaper and better coverage compares to sodexo employees. On average the mc.donalds worker in my area make an average starting wage of 13.50 an hour. Sodexo employees if your lucky make 12.50
Working in hospitals benefits should improve and we shouldn't have to pay half of our income for health insurance if we our in more at risk of having health issues due to exposure of illness around us that's why I think we should have better health insurance and better pay so we can be happier
Review from Sales Dept
Actual proper training needs to be done, not even every supervisor knows how to do the jobs needed and most people shy away from the hard work
Prevent talk about off hours activities such as excessive drinking.
Meetings are useless. Same comments , every day
The staff needs proper training the managment does not care if the staff sinks or swims just as long as the staffing needs are met
They can improve by not having a lead sexually harass other employees and have a lead tried to boss around the supervisor that's just a little bit of what I'm doing with if they did something about that everybody could probably work together very well because everybody has a problem with this lead
More communication and caring to one another
Clean house starting at the too
The Rolling Meadows transition is a mess. Sodexo won't explain anything
The Company needs to allow the kitchen managers to do their jobs and stop allowing hr to micromanage every little detail of each kitchen and circumvent the managers
The salaried managers and CEOs need to come down and experience what day-to-day work is like in a real world
Educating management, supervisors an employees
It takes too long to gear about a job.
Tell the whole truth....Not bits and pieces of it
Be upfront with the people and let them know that races are few and far between
It was siimple they can't keep anyone at that Sodexo and the employees run the the hospital I work in which is UT
Transition is slow and a mess
dumb rules and being constantly short staffed like shit were only allowed three call outs without being written up the which is bull because that means you could only call out once a month which as we all know being sick doesnt work that way
The Company offers poor wages but expects top wage production and quality. The Company over works its employees and instead of accepting the blame they pawn the failures off onto the employee
Full staff to operate efficently, consistent pricing
Plz just have somebody investigate this problem she is breaking the law and doing things to my pay every pay period plus she has been harrassing me since dec. Like I said she made a false report on me to suspend me for a month right I found it my husband committed suicide she has been terrible to me
