Ms. Claudia S. San Pedro has been Chief Financial Officer of Sonic Corp. since August 2015 and its Executive Vice President since August 06 , 2015. Ms. San Pedro served as a Vice President of Investor Relations & Communications at Sonic Corp. since January 17, 2013 until April 2015 and Senior Vice President since April 2015 until September 01, 2015. She served as Vice President of Investor Relations at Sonic Corp. from July 2010 to January 17, 2013 and served as its Treasurer from January 2007 to October 2015. She served as Vice President of Investor Relations and Brand Strategies at Sonic from October 2009 to July 2010. Ms. San Pedro served as Vice President of Investor Relations at Sonic from January 2007 to September 2009. She served as a Director of the Oklahoma Office of State Finance from June 2005 to November 2006. She was the first female and first Hispanic to service as Director of State Finance for Oklahoma. From July 2003 to May 2005, Ms. San Pedro served as the Budget Division Director for the Office of State Finance. From September 2000 to June 2003, she served as an Assistant Fiscal Staff Director and Education Fiscal Analyst for the Oklahoma State Senate. She has been Director of i2E, Inc. since January 2017. She serves as volunteer board member of the Oklahoma Academy, a non-partisan research organization based in Oklahoma City and chair of Advisory Board for the Women's Foundation of Oklahoma. She was a Board Member of the Latino Community Development Association. Ms. San Pedro holds an Undergraduate Degree from Smith College in Massachusetts and a Master's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Oklahoma.
