What is the best advice you could give someone during their first month at Sonic Drive-In?
Dont be afraid to ask for help and remember we are all on the same team and face it. No one likes ice cream so do what u have to do rather than what you want to do. Watch to learn, use your common sence, Take on growth and master ur math, multitasking, communication skills, as well as maintaining under pressure. Stay optimistic and have patience. Working for sonic is fun if you want it to be.
Be ready to be treated horribly by your new coworkers.
