Because I'm treated awfully and the mangers like to push work off to the carhops unless we're in a rush and labor is at risk
Don't even know anything about stock equity or benefits. Don't even know if I get paid time off after a year of employment
To recieve what I am owed only. I never called in the three years I worked for them i did the job of two people and I deserve my pay
To get a compensationwould be great and i just feel stressed working all the time. Couldnt even use my vacation when i wanted
i see how we get expected to work in terrible conditions and are expected to work the same
We have a great connnection, I have been there so long, so I have built relationships with managers, co-workers and customers

My team is very patient with one another. I also feel like we communicate well. Many of us are around the same age as well so we are even more relatable to each other. We all like to help each other out and the majority of us try to get as much stocking and cleaning done as possible before we leave.

We get everything tasks that are supposed to be done right! Some of us managers actually do a fair amount of work to ensure our employees knows our company standards and making sure they feel confident about their job!
The most positive thing about the environment is the coworkers. The only thing keeping all of us there is each other. We genuinely make a great team and I'm sure everyone would be much happier if we were a team working under different management or at another location.

Learning new things in the job, it keeps me on my toes about what i need to be at in a fast paced area , Cooking, keeping the store clean & together, getting paid honestly, I feel like i should get paid more for what i endure on a day to day basis but its a job and i cant complain about that. Well for our specific store the owner have decided that at one point they only wanted two people on a shift and for the most part that sticks for nights because they don't want labor getting high which I understand but that's not fixing it because we're not able to orders out on time
