We get everything tasks that are supposed to be done right! Some of us managers actually do a fair amount of work to ensure our employees knows our company standards and making sure they feel confident about their job!
The most positive thing about the environment is the coworkers. The only thing keeping all of us there is each other. We genuinely make a great team and I'm sure everyone would be much happier if we were a team working under different management or at another location.

Every area needs or could use improvement
Attitude and scheduling. I feel if we had the people on we could take more orders which means more money less stress and better hours. Also we'd be able to take breaks.
Managers being more nicer, and more understanding. Less about gossiping on the job and more being a good leader.
Targets and goals are set and changed weekly and the arrogant nature of the execs is offensive
higher pay, more careful of who you hire as they can be very rude without their bosses looking.
I belive the turn over rate is because of all the manager's and the owners fualt at this location so many people leave because they do not like how they are treated and feel uncomfortable with how the leaders are not actually acting like people who wants to succeed in making the place better
Change how the workers operate. Get read of the childish employees. Hire employees that want to come to work. Have a meeting with the GMs and get them right with how you want the store to be operated.
