my team is kind when it comes to needing to fix a schedule because of problems
As for the leadership team (not involving management) They are very good at directing the team through busy times and handling upsets. They have a lot of patience with the customers as well as their employees.

I got hired on as a manager. They let the crew run the store managers have no say so as a manager I should have a key to the store instead of trying to hunt down a crew member to use their key. I do not understand why all the crew members have a key and not the managers
