What are some of the best things about your team?

We have a great connnection, I have been there so long, so I have built relationships with managers, co-workers and customers

The ovetall team work together

My team is very patient with one another. I also feel like we communicate well. Many of us are around the same age as well so we are even more relatable to each other. We all like to help each other out and the majority of us try to get as much stocking and cleaning done as possible before we leave.

Everybody completes the tasks given to them and overall does a good job except for our new GM

I enjoy working with coworkers. For the most part they do their job well (except for store general manager and her friend). I like my job but can't continue if things don't change with the store manager.

Maturity, inter, exaction, respect, each other, and the customers

Half of my coworkers are good and half of my coworkers don't do anything or don't know what they're doing because they weren't trying right by managers that have been there since before I started or by our new GM who had just started

Communicate not pick favorite ever

We don't even have meeting. If they do they are all smoking either marijuana or some thing else in the front of the store in front of everyone. Even the store manager.

In my opinion, if the store manager gets her act together and fires the people who needs to be fired and hire the right people. The store will be better off.

They dont get taught anything they are on phones all day

Work harder make customers their number one priority telling the gm no when they know something is not right or not honest

work together instead of against.

Most the coworkers just are so miserable and talk badly of the customer's constantly. No matter how positive I try to be it's hard, and it understandable being that it's only 2 people in the whole store.

Coworkers do not last long enough to make a difference
