Executive Bio

Ms. Paige S. Bass has been Senior Vice President of Sonic Corp. since October 2014 and has been its General Counsel since January 2007 and an Assistant Corporate Secretary since October 2008. Ms. Bass leads SONIC's internal legal department and is responsible for all legal services for Sonic Corp. and its subsidiaries. She served as a Vice President of Sonic Corp., since January 2007. She joined Sonic Corp., as Associate General Counsel in April 2004. Prior to joining Sonic Corp., she was employed seven years as an associate with the law firm of Crowe & Dunlevy in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. She is involved with several community organizations, serving as a trustee for Westminster School, a board member for Urban League of Greater Oklahoma City and a volunteer for the Oklahoma Foundation for Excellence and Oklahoma Lawyers for Children. She is also a member of the board of visitors for the University of Oklahoma College of Law and was elected to The Fellows of the American Bar Foundation in 2010. Ms. Bass is a graduate of Leadership Oklahoma City Class of XXIX and serves on the board of Leadership Oklahoma City. Ms. Bass holds Bachelor's degree of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Oklahoma State University and graduate from University of Oklahoma College of Law.
