What makes you most happy at work?
I love engaging with my peers and learning from them, in addition to this seeing the miracles we perform daily to transform lives is incredible
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It is challenging to have employees that directly report to you that are compensated more than you are. Also, bonus can be difficult when it is not metrics that you can directly impact.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love that Sono Bello works hard and plays harder. We are driven by strong caring leaders who set the bar high and give you the knowledge to crush any goal you set for yourself!
