
Our collective ability to stay open minded in all situations is what is most positive about our culture and environment. This is imperative to the patient journey and work atmosphere. It allows every person walking through the door, to feel ~at home.
Every single co-worker here is personable, excellent, and CRITICAL to this center. I think Cincinnati is most definitely set apart by our management. Every employee is made WELCOME to express new ideas/processes/events. This makes us organized, efficient, and above all, the BEST patient advocates.
I feel that all ops positions are severely underpaid. Maybe it is just Cincinnati, but our ops team plays a HUGE role in center goals. Often our PES make calls for add-ons, filling and moving up cases to meet TMC, and effect the patient experience inevitably. I feel I am doing the same and more.
