They feel like family. We all have the same goals and work together to make it happen. They all help provide the best patient experience.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They truly care about our mission, we have a great mission amd I have never worked for a company that treats its employees as well as this one.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
With inflation and new employees coming in a at higher rate a fair evaluation and increase to match would be appreciated. I love this company and never want to leave .
