I enjoy working for Sono Bello for the incentives, the fact that it is a growth company and provides opportunity, the exposure to senior leaders and ability to make change, and the desire to test/learn. I enjoy many of the people and effort for culture. It is a very fast-paced environment.

Culture is highly promoted by senior leadership; the company makes an effort for culture and leaders "lead by example."
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Transparency, bonus incentives are nice, we also get a lot of exposure & face time to senior leaders, and they are very involved which is nice
What makes you most happy at work?
Seeing the fruits of your labor and getting results, interacting with the people/my corworkers, being incentivized to win, being able to try new things and be creative and test/learn.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Pay and bonus are somewhat enticing but also not as competitive as the industry in general and it definitely varies by person and title. Some roles are way under industry benchmarks in terms of pay.
