What do you like best about the leadership team?

Transparency, able to admit to mistakes, or to adjust when necessary, feel they are invested and, not just saying what they think we want to hear with corporate jargon, feel relatable, open where we are financially which I appreciate

What makes you most happy at work?

Gain confidence in my skill set, learning all the time and, able to see my growth as well as where the future of the company is how it translates to our department and, how to build upon the next few years and, what is needed from a support side.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Don't feel I am as highly paid as counterparts or outside my business, think benefits have been good and, HR tries to adjust every year, however dental is pricier than ever ( could be the issue overall) and, to have a partner/ domestic partner is just way too much to cover.
