The company highly values their surgeons, sales and practice managers. They are cores of the facility. They need to look at the people that are really keeping the center going. Appreciate the people inbetween. You have to work a month to get enough time to take 1 day off, thats a little off putting.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
front desk is SEVERLY underpaid for everything they do, Assistant practice managers do just as much as the PM if not more and they make much less.
