Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

The company's employees are worth the experience of working for Sono Bello. However when it comes to being updated quickly enough on new processes, information, or how often something is done incorrectly make it very difficult to make it through the day sane.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

How accepting everyone is, as long as you're not negative yourself!

What do you like best about the leadership team?

All of our leadership team is ready and willing to help you through anything and everything!

What are some of the best things about your team?

Most of the team is positive, supportive, and very fun to talk to! Even virtually, it feels like a family!

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

As stated previously, even virtually I feel like we're a family here. Everyone is super supportive, very kind, but I feel we still have room to grow into an even better, more accepting, family.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Our Leadership team here at the PAC is very helpful - and not only with work, but even with your personal life. They're always here to help you, with whatever you need, and support you.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

We have so many 'problems' with PAs doing things incorrectly, being rude to patients/other PAs, etc. Simply ensuring our coaching is actually doing something and perhaps more 'punishment' (for lack of better words) for the continuing incorrect processes.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

We need to find a way to ensure our coachings are actually impacting our PAs; it's tiring to send up the same incorrect information. Same with Kipany - it's very obvious their 'coachings' are not improving anything on their end.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

As previously stated, I feel as if I'm not 100% trusted to actually be doing my job as is outlined, as if I'm avoiding work. There must be some miscommunication as we're virtual and it can happen, but that would be the biggest, pressing issue.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

With how the rest of the country's cost of living has raised, it's very obvious to see we're reaching out more to those in Oklahoma City than those in Washington anymore, due to the cost of living being lower. Raising pay may keep tenured agents longer as prices raise countrywide.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I wouldn't say I feel undervalued, but I definitely feel my role in Leadership is not fully accepted by one or two other members of Leadership, feeling as if I'm not 100% trusted to be doing the work I am doing, as if I'm avoiding actual work. Otherwise, it's all good!
