I don't feel undervalued, just awaiting a pay raise for 2023 AOP to be finalized.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I like that Sono Bello is cognizant of right and wrong in society, not just in our business. I appreciate that we take social issues seriously.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team puts people ahead of money. My team is focused on making Sono Bello a great company as opposed to what Sono Bello can do for us.
