Overall good - could be better. Need a huge change of culture in the centers with practice managers being on the same page as sales. This change happened, but the PM's still arent up to par with the sale team and goals. More PTO.

The front desk team is great. They work hard and care about our patients.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Ability to maintain pretty clear communication from a distance. Most interaction is done via teams chat.

I would love to come to work and enjoy the culture. it just feels like everyone is in a bad mood. starts with PM
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Having a practice manager that is available and at the office. Having her excited and building a happy culture instead of her walking around like Eeyore. culture starts with management
What is the best part about your compensation package?
As a medical practice we could do better on health benefits, things like healthy lifestyle reimbursement aka gym membership and additional time off with family. We often miss holidays because of working nights and weekends.
