Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like I should be paid more for the tasks I do on a daily basis. Between assisting during surgery, auditing surgical charts, assisting with 72hr calls, post-ops, and training new nurses. What would make me feel better about my compensation is an increase in my pay.
