I definitely see myself growing with this company, but I'd like to have a mentor and more challenges. I have this position bc I'm a jack of all trades, but it's not the position I applied for or truly wanted. I took it as steppingstone to get the position I most desire and I know I'd be great at it

That I can be candid, and they listen to my ideas.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team is collaborative, and they take the time to explain things to me that don't make sense or is a new concept to me and I appreciate that.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
I took this position to get my foot in the door since i wasn't hired for the position I applied for. I would like a review and one on one about mentorship and what I need to do to be in the position I initially applied for.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe I should be paid more hourly, given the skill level of my colleague. I go above and beyond to make sure she's capable & knows how to use the tools that are given in order to make it a successful center. I've expressed she needs training multiple times.
