Being in a surgical team, getting along with the clinical team is very important. I am happy that we have a strong bond, we can work well together, they are always so kind, respectful and helpful
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership is great at listening and communicating. If I need help they are always reachable and always open to helping me, They are always looking for things to improve on and try their best to guide the team
