What do you like best about the leadership team?
Medical director feedback, if it occurs, is usually negative feedback. Positive feedback is often deserved too, but rarely forthcoming.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Better compensation for revisions, since "Satisfaction Procedure" approvals appear too often to be a myth. And a matching 401k would be nice.
