We all can come together as a collected team when we are all on the same page.
What makes you most happy at work?
The enjoyment of hearing about changing someone's life in how to make them feel confident and encouraging patients on their journey. The surgeons create a fun atmosphere as well
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Some colleagues are favored to do certain roles. Certain team members lack the ability to work. We can all work together when scopes of practices are switched as a MA we can launch, vital signs, take photos etc roles are unfairly limited in favoring just LPNs only
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The comparsion of scopes of practices brings on conflicts and makes others believe LPNs are more in high favor other roles such as Medical Assistants and Surgical tech arent as valued enough. The compensation needs to be matched not on whether your a lpn we all do the same work
