What makes you most happy at work?
Seeing the PES's team and my APM! :)
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Everyone does a great job together. Just not individually. Needs to work on how they come off in emails
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
PES team always make my day here at work. If it wasn't for them I probably wouldn't have lasted as long.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are very family oriented. If someone is doing something wrong we go to them individually instead of calling them out publicly.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like as PES's we do much and are completely underpaid. Our PM & APM add a lot of things to our plate this should be given to nurses but we still help. We Recently had a name change but the pay said the same I am completely unhappy. We need more Bonus as PES. I only make $1300 after taxes :(
