Some not all are friendly and kind, help you when you need it.

My consultant is the best, she is kind and patient , always has my back.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
communication and right goals to make that team successful not just one center over the other
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Some staff members are not nice and very hard on new staff. They will call you out and make sure you are aware of what you did wrong.
