The pay is way too low. Minimum wage will be almost 16 an hour soon. I make 18 an hour and it is not enough for one person to live on when there is not another persons income. . Most companies provide sick days and separate vacation time

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The pay does not equate to the amount of work and stress. The PTO system is a joke. An occurrence for less then 3 hours and take your PTO is ridiculous. The accrual is too slow. It takes over a month to get one day off. We should be able to make up an hour or two the next day instead of using PTO
