We have a problem with staffing and discipline. However those who are good do very well and are enjoyable to work with. We lack leadership for the front and back office because the company lets the employees call in or leave work whenever they wish

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
You used the word exciting. Not applicable. However what’s wrong at our location is that there is no discipline and people call off work frequently therefore destroying any team comradeship. These people are consistently the same
