Overall, it's been a good experience. I've learned a lot and really grown in my role. There are things that need major improvement. I want to feel like a valued member of the team. That my contribution matters and it's not only the bottom dollar.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Some of the bonuses are specific to the PCC's even if the PCA's contribute to the same goal. There are times the PCA's are overlooked, whether it be in bonuses or communication.
