I love what I do. I hate working with colleagues who do not take what we do seriously and only treat the job as a money grab. They shoild get less compensation

Surgeons functioning at a high level (tackle colleagues revisions, positive reviews, raising the bar of quality at their location, high level of compentanacy doing any areas and , in fact, expanding the menu of options due to expertice and training) should get significantly bonused quarterly
