I love that my current manager is very approachable and easy to talk to about anything.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I really like my current team and how well we communicate with each other. Everyone is always willing to help, and it feels like a big family.
What makes you most happy at work?
I really enjoy coming to work and being around my colleagues. It feels like a big family, we laugh, cry and fight, but I love how close we are. I also, enjoy seeing the transformation with our patients.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do feel undervalued. PCCs and PCAs do the exact same job, yet the PCAs are making significantly lower with commission percentages and salary. The PCAs are also not included in recognition for their centers or included in team bonding events. It's like we are just a number in a line up.
