EVEN THOUGH I'M IN SALES I STILL FEEL WE SHOULD GET A BASE SALARY RAISE YEARLY TO KEEP UP WITH COST OF LIVING AND OUR PERFORMANCE DESERVES TO BE GIVEN A RAISE IF PROVEN SO.
