For the most part working at sono bello has been great. There needs to be some changes made to scheduling eaoecially for nurses. There is not a good work life balance for nurses when schedule can vary anywhere from 6am-10pm 5 days a week. 10/12 hour days would be much more manageable 3/4 days/week.
