I like my job, I do not like my pay/benefits, or the fact that the clinical employees feel like we deserve more for what we do on a daily basis.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Good teamwork in the clinic, great doctors
What makes you most happy at work?
my friends/coworkers, getting to be in the OR, meeting new people, seeing life changing results for my patients.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that the clinic staff work the hardest in the company and do not get paid the wages to reflect that. I pay over 700$ a month for my husband and I's benefits, which is outrageous.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Scheduling, staffing, and making sure that the people who work the hardest in the company (the nurses, MA's, and all others in the BACK) are taken care of better. We are the reason Sono Bello is successful. At the clinic I work at, the teamwork is excellent, however the morale in the back, awful.
