Smart and capable while also showing genuine compassion. Non-judgmental and seeks solutions rather than casting disparagement and blame.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Encourages relationship building as a necessary part of working together as a cohesive whole. Genuine interest in the personal development of team members.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would like to take part in our company's success, but currently I feel I am putting in more work while making less and less due to rising inflation. A profit-sharing program would be nice.
