better teamwork, better compensation, and accountability on those not pulling their weight

What are some of the best things about your team?

we know how to help each other without asking, most are willing to join in and help at any moment, and are able to pick up slack when one is feeling under the weather

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

no acknowledgment of workload being done when short staffed, no meals provided on days when to many surgeries and pre op scheduled with no breaks for lunch. no team acknowledgement from front of house to back of house
