Have been very helpful when i was very ill and worked with me, even though i got wrote up for missing, At least I still have a job.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The money is the least I have ever made, especially for what they expect out of us.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The majority of them are very helpful and understanding when we make a mistake or do not understand something.
What are some of the best things about your team?
i have nothing to compare it to. I don't feel like we really interact with each other at all.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I feel it is a fake positive. while they are saying "you are the best, now go get em" they are also saying , " here is your grade for the week,-points for no call flow, - more for xyz.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel we really work our rear ends off and hae to always be on point and the nuumbers are always right there in your face and to think of how much money we bring in to the business. I do not actually think it is right that we only get paid if the patient has a procedure.
