Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The cost of living exceeds my income. I live paycheck to paycheck and cannot afford groceries.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
INCLUSIVENESS! No one is left behind!!! No one is less importand!! We are all valued!!!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Out of my 22 yrs as a nurse in a vast variety of multi-specialty environments, this is, absolutely, the FIRST time in my career that an organization has made me feel included, important and valued!!! I, absolutely, am thankful that I was hired and I feel very fortunate to be a part of the PDX team!
What are some of the best things about your team?
The overall cohesiveness to help each other get to the end of the day!!! I love how the women all pull together and support each other. I love that there is NO gossiping or undermining. It feels amazing to wake up and be excited about going to work and knowing that I actually have an amazing team
