What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is no judgement. Everyone respects one another and we treat eachther like family. Every mistake is simply a learning lesson. I also enjoy that the higher ups communicate with EVERYONE in Sono Bello.
What makes you most happy at work?
Assisting patients with their first step with their total body transformation! Seeing family get these procedures done and the joy it brought them let me know I was right where I needed to be.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They all work truly as a team. If one is unable to answer, another will be quick to assist! My supervisor in particular ensures constructive cristism is helpful while finding ways to help us reach our goals! The company from ground level all the way to the top are truly spectacular!
