
Actually listening to employees and not treating us like children. Leadership simply doesn't care, very toxic work environment with no help from management/regional management.
Not paying us for what we are trained to do compared to other teams around the nation. They pocket a good amount of money from the contracts and pay us little. $2 an hour for being on call?!
Actually listen to employee concerns, stop trying to expand and fix what's going wrong with the teams. Don't blow off concerns with staffing/ inventory/ daily operations when you don't take time to truly figure out what we're doing.
