Deep of understanding of medicine, patient care, and the business of healthcare. Long-term focused, short-term aware.

Review from Operations Dept

Very focused on supporting out company to be leaders in the field.

The team operates with transparency and as one unit working towards common objectives

The leadership team works hard to give their employees a great experience while providing direction and support.

Everyone works together on projects and my input is taken seriously.

Review from Operations Dept

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Listening to their employees to make working conditions reasonable.

Review from Operations Dept

Leaders are apathetic to staff concerns. Leaders are egalitarian in case count among staff only. Compensation and hours worked are skewed favorably toward management, creating a pyramid with an ever-rotating base.

Review from Operations Dept

Actually listening to employees and not treating us like children. Leadership simply doesn't care, very toxic work environment with no help from management/regional management.
