First anf foremost, my teammates. The staff at the facilities and a few of the surgeons

They strongly advocate for education and bring in new college graduates at lower salaries. This is positive for the company.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We support and listen to each other. We are always available for questions, lend an ear or give a pep talk. They are one of the primary reasons I have been able to stick around with the company
