The customers, discount, and healthy eating/living.

The few gems of great employees who put the customers and company first.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Raises should be more than $0.25 if employee works hard, attendance is great, and customers love their presence.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Focus on keeping the promises made to employees during recruiting, not just saying there's chance for advancing when they only advance their puppets.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Even though people are in leadership positions doesn't mean they should bully the ones they don't like. Leaders should receive training on how to interact with different ages, genders, etc. of the people they are leading. Lots of leaders aren't respectful to they're employees.
